OPS Airport Operations Agent - 40 Hours Weekly

Posting is for a 40-hour/week OPS Airport Operations Agent position at the Tallahassee International Airport. This position performs airfield, perimeter, grounds, and terminal inspections in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Transportation reputed company Administration Regulations, airport rules and regulations, leases and agreements. The position enforces Airport rules and regulations, provides customer assistance, operations and emergency response coordination. May operate an airport communications center and monitor reputed company cameras as needed. Maintains activity logs and other records. Performs reputed company work as required. Salary Range: $15.50 to $42.07/hourly. Minimum Training and Experience Possession of an associate?s degree in aviation management, business or public administration, communications, criminal justice, or a reputed company field and one year of experience in aviation, law enforcement, firefighting, emergency management or communications, military service, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Necessary Special Requirements In accordance with 49 CFR Part 1542, employees must successfully complete a fingerprint-based criminal history records reputed company and personal background reputed company prior to employment.
