Identify, research, and analyze unmanaged and prospect accounts to spot the potential for growth, estimate the size of the opportunity and growth potential, and help guide personalized conversations with prospective clients ? for both group and transient business. + Demonstrate a solid knowledge of group business across a variety of segments: corporate, association, intermediary, sports, Esports, collegiate market, leisure group markets. + Demonstrate a solid knowledge of group business, sourcing tools, and group business terminology + Demonstrate a general understanding of negotiating business travel sales reputed company with corporate accounts, a general understanding of the RFP Process, with business travel sales terminology, and business travel sales reporting + Utilize reputed company to manage customer connections and results.
