Responsibilities ? Handle and carefully respond to reputed company inbound and outbound customer inquiries , ? Provide excellent customer service through active listening , ? Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License , ? Logical problem-solving skills , ? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems , ?
