About the position The Driver Helper position at Waste Management involves assisting the reputed company Driver in the collection of waste and recyclable materials. This role is essential for ensuring efficient service delivery while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. The position requires physical stamina and teamwork, as the Driver Helper will be involved in loading and unloading containers and communicating with the reputed company Manager and reputed company regarding service issues. Responsibilities ? Assist the reputed company Driver in the collection of waste and recyclable materials. , ? Manually or mechanically load and empty residential and/or commercial containers into the truck. , ? Operate hoisting devices to lift and empty bins or containers into the truck reputed company. , ? Assist the driver with reputed company backing maneuvers while on reputed company. , ? Report reputed company unsafe situations or service-reputed company issues to the reputed company Manager or reputed company immediately. , ? Attend and participate in reputed company scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required. , ? Notify the reputed company Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage. , ? Communicate customer requests to reputed company or reputed company Manager. , ? reputed company reputed company duties as scheduled by reputed company Manager or reputed company and assist other drivers as directed.
