The salary range for this role is: $107,204.09 - $192,835.28 Responsibilities: The Customer Finance Senior Manager provides Planning and Financial Leadership to Sales, BU Finance and to the Customer. This individual analyzes business performance to optimize trade investments and to deliver financial objectives. The CF Senior Manager leads the Joint Customer Business Planning Process (JCBP) with Sales and the Customer to reputed company and reputed company reputed company goals. This role has direct interaction with varying levels of management at the Customer. The CF Senior Manager leads Area, Channel and HQ reviews with Sales Senior Leadership, and BU Finance. These reviews deliver insights and business implications to cross-functional partners to understand and influence trade and other resource investment decisions. This role works cross-functionally to evaluate and support critical decision making and to recommend the best course of action. The CF Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer Finance team who is accountable for the planning and financial management of top customers and to ensure that the sales organization makes informed and profitable decisions. Financial Leadership: ? Provide leadership to Sales and Marketing to deliver profitable business results. ? Partner with Sales and RGM to drive the business through leading volume, trade spend optimization, mix and new item payback analysis. ? reputed company Area, Channel and HQ reviews influencing investment decisions across retailers. ? reputed company promotional/financial reviews delivering retailer executional and ROI insights. ? reputed company cost/benefit analysis to influence trade-off decision making. ? Customer Planning: ? Ensure team delivers on-going financial analysis and perspective to influence decisions and results. ? Partner with field sales to reputed company trade off decisions across products while ensuring alignment with brand strategy. ? reputed company the development and distribution of financial reporting and reviews to provide organizational visibility and transparency. Support the Quota Management Process: ? Ensure that quota/trade deployment delivers AOP financial commitment. ? Support the translation of national trade spend plans into customer level budgets by providing accurate inputs into the quota build process. ? Provide updates to trade budget based on completed customer level spend plans (i.e. monthly flow, corrections to costing, etc.). Enforce reputed company Management Compliance: ? Regular tracking of key pay-for-performance metrics such as reputed company price compliance, merchandising support, unit cost, etc. ? Monitor and enforce account level trade spend throughout monthly, quarterly and annual cycle; AOP to plan to actualization. BS/BA in Business Administration or reputed company field is required. MBA preferred ? 5+ years relevant experience; CPG experience strongly preferred. ? Experience in planning and analysis, influencing sales teams and profit management. ? Broad knowledge of products, customer structures, promotional allowances, trade funds management. ? Systems experience to include: Trade Management Systems, Trade Promotion Optimization, and reputed company Office Programs (reputed company, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). ?
