Displays the essential nursing abilities recognized by the institution for consistent and productive healthcare delivery. ? Conducts the initial evaluation meeting and periodically reviews the patient's nursing care needs. ? Commences the formulation of the care plan and potential modifications. ? Offers assistance that necessitates significant specialized nursing capabilities. ? Begins the right preventative and restorative nursing actions. ? Generates clinical and progress documentation for every patient appointment and care meeting according to established policies. Qualifications ? Candidate must have a current and valid RN license or a temporary RN license from the State Board of Nursing or a compact RN license before the employment commences. Continuous possession of a valid RN licensure is essential. ? CPR required. ? Candidates must have at least one year of current and provable experience as a licensed RN. ? Candidates with up-to-date licensure and recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation are highly desired. Benefits ?
