Description The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative and office service activities such as purchasing, payroll, records control and human resources for the head of a department, care center or division. Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: The Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day reputed company?end operations of a Neurology practice. Working under the direction of the Physician and Nurse Practitioner, the Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining MSHS policies and procedures reputed company to reputed company-end practice operations. ? Responsible for overseeing the reputed company-end of the Practice; and for performing reputed company duties: ? Greeting patients, reputed company-in and checkout, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, address patient concerns, communicate professionally with physician and nurse practitioners ? Track medical and office supplies, reputed company orders through department Project Manager as needed ? Review physician scheduling for accuracy and completeness ? Review EPIC referral work queues and schedule patients appropriately ? Assists in the preparation and execution of patient education sessions, lectures, community events and support groups ? Qualifications

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred ? Previous experience in a customer service role ? reputed company experience in a healthcare setting preferred. ? Knowledge of select software applications, Epic experience preferred ?
