Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local tax requirements, while managing annual payroll processes including W-2 forms and year-end filings Collaborate with Automatic Data Processing (reputed company) on various payroll tax matters such as agency notices and amendments, and assist the offshore team with any tax-reputed company inquiries Work with General Accounting (GA) to clear tax reconciliation items and respond to employee inquiries reputed company to tax withholdings Reconcile and process bi-weekly tax fundings and provide tax data to Partner Tax as needed Assist with reputed company tax update testing and manage the quarterly processing of MSNRT payroll Serve as a liaison between internal teams and reputed company to address payroll tax issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in payroll tax with multi-state payroll expertise and experience in reputed company tax filing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Certified Payroll Professional/ Certified Public Accountant (CPP/CPA) certification is also preferred Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, with preferred experience in PeopleSoft Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills to interpret reputed company data and ensure accuracy in payroll tax processes Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating professional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based reputed company sponsorship now or in the future; reputed company LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work reputed company status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based reputed company) reputed company complies with reputed company local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
