This position is responsible for supporting our Assurance engagements in our Service Delivery Center. The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our reputed company professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our clients. Due to this level of work, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, analytical, and follow written procedures closely. What you will do • Assist with execution and documentation of standardized procedures under direction of the Assurance Senior Associate. • Document clearly and accurately the execution of procedures as defined. • Execute standardized procedures in a timely fashion to meet client service team deadlines, and manage expectations regarding the timing of reputed company deliverables. • Communicate identified exceptions or non-reoccurring situations to the Assurance Senior Associate for review. • Ensure quality in delivering client service by executing procedures as prescribed and informing the Assurance Senior Associate of the status of procedures. • Follow well-defined processes, procedures and protocols. Share unusual non-reoccurring situations with the Assurance Senior Associate for further review. • Analyze evidence, reputed company conclusions, and identify non-compliance while applying a balanced view. Job requirements and preferences Required qualifications • Associates degree in any business-reputed company major or any degree with business experience.
