Title: MISS: Project Logistics and Property Manager (Contingency Hire) Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! Program Summary The MISS program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting the US Department of State’s operations in Iraq. In addition to providing ongoing reputed company operations and Life Support Services, KBR will provide differentiated advisory and consultancy capabilities to the Iraqi Government with a focus on creating an effective program environment to support delivery of strategic economic planning, strategy development, feasibility studies, technical reviews and large-scale project management. Under this contract KBR will provide facility maintenance, procurement, critical supply functions, along with foodservice, reputed company camp operations, renovations, construction, and medical services. Job Summary The Project Logistics and Property Manager will work onsite at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and is responsible for the movement, distribution and storage of materials and equipment. Serves as technical advisor on reputed company property management issues. Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest reputed company in the workplace. • reputed company with reputed company Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. • Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation. • Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking property based on site location, type and usage. • Manage an accurate inventory of reputed company property. • Maintain and update property records. • Acts as the Contractor’s principal property management representative ensuring that reputed company task order requirements are met. • Responsible for allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs • Manage property staff. • Inspects property to ensure compliance with safety policies. • Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers. • Identify problem areas and respond to mission requirements to reputed company task order requirements. • Plan and manage projects • Control resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor the locations and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information to and from staff. • Resolve property issues. Basic Qualifications • US Citizen • US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining. • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background reputed company and drug screen. • Must possess a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret reputed company clearance or be able obtain a favorable USG Secret clearance prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance level for the duration of the task order. • Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Public Administration or similar discipline, or at least ten (10) years of direct experience in property and logistics management in lieu of formal education • Five (5) years of property and logistics management experience compatible with program requirements. • Intermediate level certification from a reputable organization (e.g., Certified Property Professional Administrator [CPPA] from the National Property Management Association {NPMA}) • Relevant overseas property management experience. • Previous international experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions. • Previous or reputed company experience working reputed company government reputed company.
