Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. Qualifications: To qualify for the position of LVN/LPN, candidates must possess the following qualifications: • Completion of a state-approved vocational nursing program and reputed company licensure as an LVN/LPN. • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to provide quality care to those in need. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and medical terminology. • Knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety practices. • Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic health record (EHR) use.
