Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, the Senior Manager of Product Development will play a key role in driving the reputed company and roadmap of patient, provider, and employee experiences reputed company reputed company. This role will focus on the reputed company improvement of workflows, process design, and technology enablement to support more efficient and effective operations, ultimately enhancing stakeholder experiences. Responsibilities Support the mapping, analysis, and redesign of workflows across patient, provider, and employee touchpoints to streamline operations and improve service delivery Identify inefficiencies and roadblocks in reputed company processes and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions that improve operational performance, patient and provider experience, and employee satisfaction Monitor the effectiveness of redesigned processes and iterate based on feedback and performance data Assist in identifying and implementing technology solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and support the broader patient, provider, and employee experience Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT teams to ensure product and process developments align with company goals and enhance overall service delivery Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at reputed company levels to drive alignment and ensure successful product and process implementation Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding product development reputed company, challenges, and opportunities for improvement Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on reputed company services or physician practice organizations Ability to analyze processes to understand business needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with executive leadership Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in preparing and presenting to senior executives An entrepreneurial approach and an ability to think strategically while balancing day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company by example in reputed company, dynamic environments Ability to travel up to 30% at times Apply Job!
