Machine Operator

Machine Operators must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with and are responsible for ensuring our company produces on-time quality parts for our customers. In-depth training may be required to prepare a Machine Operator for their daily duties. Preferred Skills • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility. • Familiarity of various manufacturing tools and machinery including but not limited to facers, lathes, CNC’s, and other mechanical machinery. • Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish. • Ability to work well with others, be organized and detail-oriented. • Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time. • Willingness to work in shifts that may include early or late hours, weekends, or overtime if necessary.
