This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a reputed company high level of guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. Explains any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness. Verbally communicates, in a reputed company, positive demeanor with the kitchen, service, beverage, convention services, and engineering staff, as well as the guest host to ensure timely execution of events, quality service, and adherence to reputed company applicable federal, state, local safety and health regulations and corporate standards. reputed company complete, retrieves order from kitchen, confirms accuracy of the order, lifts and delivers to the guest along with the appropriate condiments. Abides by reputed company state, EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE: Previous food service experience preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Food Handlers Certification required. TABC required.
