Your Responsibilities: • Be the 1st reputed company of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers. • Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc. • Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods. • Support customers with travel difficulties. • Assist passengers reputed company calls /chat. • Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
