Position Overview We are seeking ambitious individuals eager to kickstart their careers as Entry-Level Project Coordinator. This role is designed to develop your expertise in sales while preparing you for a leadership position overseeing multiple departments. No prior experience is necessaryour comprehensive training program will provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed. Training & Growth Timeline First 6 Weeks: Develop expertise in sales strategies, performance metrics, and resilience under pressure through hands-on experience. Next 3 Months: Step into leadership, setting goals, motivating teams, and driving results. Final 2 Months: Gain cross-functional experience in finance, payroll, legal compliance, and strategic decision-making. End Goal: Successfully transition into a consultant role, leading multiple departments and contributing to company growth. Compensation & Benefits During Training: Compensation ranges from $37,000 - $75,000 in the first year, including salary, bonuses, and commission. After Training (Consultant Role): Earnings range from $120,000 - $200,000 annually, with a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and commission. Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), a $10,000 benefits package, vision and dental insurance.
