Weekend RN Supervisor

We're seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. Properly monitor the administration of reputed company medication and medication reorders. Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders, contacting physician with the change of condition report. Timely and accurate documentation of residents' charts. Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Respond to the need for staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff. Manage lab orders, lab results, contacting a physician for follow-up orders Must work a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours each day Requirements: Registered Nurse with required state licensure. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Leadership qualities and good communication skills. Ability to organize workflow, respond to emergencies, and note detail.
