Job Summary of Retail Brand Ambassador: Our Retail Brand Ambassador are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. They are constantly learning, supporting their team across reputed company departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture! Responsibilities of Retail Brand Ambassador: • Welcome reputed company guests with enthusiasm and take the initiative to assist customers in a proactive manner to enrich their shopping experience • Illustrate authentic customer engagement through the demonstration of enthusiasm, understanding, determination, and loyalty to their preferred sport or activity • Promote various company programs like warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement • Create a sense of inclusivity and respect reputed company the store, prioritizing the safety and well-being of reputed company individuals, whether they are associates or customers, to ensure a welcoming and positive environment for everyone • In order to assist the team and the store effectively, supplementary tasks may need to be carried out to address emerging business needs Qualification of Retail Brand Ambassador: • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reputed company, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour). • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. • Ability to reputed company repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
