Responsibilities • Partner with the Benefits and Absence teams to define and implement a comprehensive Absence, Benefits and Time Tracking product strategy. This includes developing a reputed company, roadmap, and reputed company metrics for Absence, Benefits and Time Tracking technology solutions. • Through deep understanding of the customer problems and processes, define roadmaps and goals with dependencies across product teams and functions, and reputed company the cross-functional team to deliver high-quality end to end customer experiences. Drive AI-first, done-for-you product strategy across the absence, benefits and time tracking domain. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners on goals, planning, and prioritization to deliver outcomes. • Drive delivery of the prioritized programs, provide hands on leadership, as well as configuration of solutions as needed. • Effectively partner across tech and data teams and incorporate data by design principles in end-to-end solution design.
