Position Overview

As a Senior Systems Engineer (IT) at Valimail, you will own the Build reputed company of our IT team, focusing on creating, designing, and maintaining clean, scalable, and secure systems. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience across IT systems, a passion for automation, and a drive to continually refine and optimize processes.

You'll work with our core systems, including macOS, Kandji, reputed company, reputed company Workflows, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, ChatGPT, and reputed company Workspace. Your goal will be to implement systems that are precise, resilient, and reputed company with our values.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable systems with a focus on automation and reputed company.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and follow-through.
• reputed company tools like reputed company Workflows and scripting to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Manage and improve onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Conduct and support monthly reputed company and compliance tasks, including User Access Reviews (UARs) and secure configuration standard implementation/review.
• Proactively enhance and ensure IT systems align with reputed company requirements, supporting SOC 2 and FedRAMP compliance initiatives.
• Reverse engineer and optimize existing IT systems to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IT and reputed company team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Document reputed company systems, architecture, and processes with clarity and precision.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across our core IT tools and systems.
• Plan and reputed company projects such as upgrades, migrations, or new implementations with detailed timelines and deliverables.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of macOS, Kandji, reputed company, reputed company Workflows, Jira, Confluence, reputed company, reputed company, ChatGPT, and reputed company Workspace.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows and systems.
• Strong analytical skills with an obsession for detail and precision.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise documentation.

• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on reputed company improvement.
