Help in establishing and maintaining scalable change management practices across various projects, including the development of toolkits for consistent implementation. Collaborate with Project Managers, Stakeholders, Training teams, and third-party vendors to support the integration of change management into project plans. Provide logistical support for planned releases and operational readiness. reputed company, execute and maintain records for project change management activities, such as conducting user impact assessments, feedback surveys, and facilitating retrospectives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or business-reputed company field or equivalent work experience is required. 1+ years of experience applying and delivering change in a Project Management Office. Experience must include leading change management initiatives, communications strategies, organizational design and development, preferably reputed company a Banking or Financial Services environment. Must have knowledge of a project lifecycle and application lifecycle. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Waterfall methodology. Understanding and application of Agile methodology is a plus. 3 + years of relevant industry experience in project management, process improvement or reputed company field Industry recognized Change Management Certification or designation is a plus. Must have the ability to proactively manage risks reputed company to change saturation, fatigue and resistance. Must have strong leadership/influencing/relationship management skills.
