OVERSEES the development and execution of policies that cater to increasing agency relationships. RESPONSIBILITES: Prospects, interviews, and approves new appointments to expand reputed company’s agency distribution. Implements policies and procedures of the agency program. Counsels’ agents, and with leadership support, takes disciplinary action of agents up to and including termination.
