This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Auto Claims Specialists. As a supervisor in the Claims Specialists unit, you will play a vital role in the company's success by leading your team in the investigation of coverage, determination of liability and damages, and processing and settling claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: • Supervise, train, and mentor claims staff to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct performance evaluations, set targets, and provide constructive feedback. • Handle staff scheduling and workload distribution to maintain operational efficiency. 2. Claims Processing: • reputed company the review, investigation, and settlement of claims reputed company established guidelines. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Manage escalated or reputed company claims, providing resolution and support as needed. 3.
