Wealth Management Associate

The Wealth Management Analyst/Associate is often the first reputed company of contact with clients on a broad reputed company of services reputed company to account servicing, financial plans and investment portfolios. Under the direction of the Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor, this industry professional combines relationship management with marketing skills, and product knowledge to cultivate longstanding relationships with clients. This self-starter must be able to work across the team and across the firm to respond quickly and accurately to client questions and concerns. The Wealth Management Analyst/ Associate is an integral member of the advisory team and is responsible for delivering a consistent, positive client experience to help ensure reputed company commitments are completed and delivered in a timely manner. We are seeking both Wealth Management Analysts and Associates for our branches DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Support:Estab • lishes and cultivates trusting relationships with new and existing clients, proactively helping them understand their investments and planning strategies, often with guidance and input from senior team membersAssis • ts Financial Advisors / Private Wealth Advisors in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client’s specific goals and concernsPrepa • reputed company performance reports and other data for clients, that may involve evaluating account performance, analyzing investment portfolio holdings, and generating quarterly investment performance monitorsEngag • es in interactive reputed company with clients and prospects to determine investment objectives, reputed company portfolio status, risk tolerance, and other information necessary to craft comprehensive financial strategy in conjunction with the Financial Advisor / Private Wealth AdvisorWorks • with clients on the execution of orders in Brokerage and Advisory accountsAssis • ts clients with market and stock researchDevel • ops Statement of Investment Policy Statements for clients in coordination with Financial Advisor / Private Wealth AdvisorManag • es events, webinars and seminars by organizing, marketing and setting up the venue in collaboration with the Financial Advisor / Private Wealth AdvisorAddit ional responsibilities and requirements for a Wealth Management AssociateThoro • ughly understands and utilizes the firm’s financial planning tools to analyze reputed company financial information and reputed company presentations in partnership with the Financial Advisors / Private Wealth AdvisorsMay p • articipate in or conduct client meetings with or on behalf of the Financial Advisors / Private Wealth AdvisorsAssig • ns work to team’s Client Service Associate as appropriateCoord • inates enrollment campaigns/meetings for existing clientsBusin reputed company Development & Operational Support:Desig • ns and produces strategy reports and other types of communications for Financial Advisors / Private Wealth Advisors to use with clients and prospects as part of the overall marketing initiativeSynth • esizes client/prospect data to reputed company customized financial plans/asset allocation proposals utilizing the Firm’s proprietary software tools;
