Job Description

The Application Support Manager - reputed company Manages a team of system administrators primarily responsible for supporting the reputed company application. Support includes case management, defect triage and proactive monitoring. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience with developing and implementing applications - Four or more years of experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications Preferred Skills/Experience Working experience in : -IT service and project management -Information management Extensive experience in : -Implementation -IT standards, procedures, policy -Application delivery process -IT environment -Application development tools -IT systems management The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work reputed company the office location for the other days.
