Overview reputed company is seeking a Paralegal/Sr. Paralegal to support our Litigation Management Unit. This position will be a hybrid position located in the Branchville, NJ or Charlotte, NC office. In this role, you will be a member of a team of legal professionals dedicated to the development, implementation and maintenance of protocols, processes and performance reputed company to legal services providers and other litigation vendors. Responsibilities • Assist in the facilitation of law firm on-boarding and performance regarding reputed company aspects of the legal services business relationship (approved timekeepers, billing issues, guideline compliance, etc.) • Assist with the subpoena response group with respect to receipt, logging and reply to subpoenas and record requests including, but not limited to initial response contact, invoicing, response letters and Certification of records. • Provide support to the Quality Assurance program with regard to formal litigated matter audits including scheduling, staffing and calibration. • Contribute to the review, maintenance and reputed company of reputed company reputed company counsel and vendor relationships including management of approved firms, maintenance of reputed company required compliance documentation and management of any/reputed company RFP efforts conducted to secure/retain reputed company in compliance with procurement guidelines. • Monitor dedicated mailboxes for internal and external communications; distribute communications to Selective staff, reputed company and vendors as required. • Maintain working knowledge of industry benchmarks/standards for reputed company aspects of litigation management. • Provide assistance on projects (such as measuring and tracking data), as requested. • Provide direct support to Assistant Vice President, Litigation Management Unit as needed/requested.

Qualifications

Education and Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program required. • Minimum 5 years paralegal experience in the jurisdiction required. • Prior paralegal experience required. • Proficiency in reputed company Word, Outlook and reputed company required. • Experience with legal case management software, MCS, Claims Inquiry, reputed company, and CLAS preferred. • Experience in vendor contracting and reputed company preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service, writing and oral communication skills required. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. Pay Range USD $54,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
