Senior IT Governance & Compliance Program Manager Location: Tampa, FL (3 days onsite - hybrid) Duration: 12 months Consent Order - Strategic Work Effort (SWE) Management The role is for an reputed company, hands-on IT professional who is skilled in management of Technology Book of Work while adhering to mandated policies and procedures for governing and reporting on status of Tech Initiatives and management of risks and issues including associated mitigation plans. This role will be responsible for end-to-end review of the Tech SWE in PTS (Project Tracking System) to ensure that reputed company policies and procedures mandated by reputed company Management Council (CPMC) and Organizational Program Management Office (OPMO) are being followed. This role will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive compliance with mandated project management policies, standards and procedures. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Education: • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience • Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification preferred. • Strong plus if one has experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit. Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
