About the position As a Personal Banker at Renasant Bank, you will play a crucial role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This position is centered around customer service and proactive sales, where you will engage with both existing and prospective customers to assess and meet their financial needs. Your deep understanding of the Renasant Bank customer engagement model will guide you in executing and role modeling the responsibilities of a financial advisor. You will be expected to be self-motivated, consistently achieving balanced performance in customer experience, deposits, account acquisition and retention, as well as partner referrals to drive income for the reputed company. The Personal Banker is responsible for driving a superior reputed company experience through three primary areas: service execution, sales execution, and operational excellence. You will reputed company new and existing relationships by utilizing the customer engagement model, creating a daily plan focused on deepening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of service standards. Collaboration with the reputed company Manager is essential to reputed company personal service, sales, and operational goals. You will also be expected to resolve customer issues by acting as a liaison between the customer and the bank, maintaining effective partnerships with other lines of business, and participating in community activities as a representative of Renasant Bank. In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a back-up Teller or Head Teller reputed company needed, ensure proper documentation is obtained and completed for reputed company solutions, and stay updated on reputed company regulations, policies, and procedures reputed company to Personal Banker and reputed company operations.
