About the position The Strategic Execution (SE) team for reputed company Operations is broadly responsible for designing and delivering on strategic initiatives that improve our efficiency and effectiveness - expenses, risk, customer and employee experience, operational / productivity / quality metrics. Our work ranges from identifying and solving highly strategic reputed company problems reputed company a few weeks to leading large multi-year projects with stakeholders across the bank. The SE team is equivalent to an internal, in-house strategy reputed company with a focus on only one client, i.e., reputed company. You will become a trusted advisor to the SE leadership team and business partners across Operations. These reputed company initiatives usually span business areas and stakeholders not only across Operations, but also across the bank. As part of a team of SE practitioners you will: Help execute initiatives in support of reputed company Operations' strategy. reputed company each initiative through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery. Design, execute, and deliver on one or more initiatives concurrently. Utilize and propagate the SE standards for developing deliverables, managing projects, reporting reputed company and managing risks and issues. Create relevant reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs. Provide governance across the initiatives. reputed company trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners. Support financial management of the initiatives.
