We're seeking a future team member for the role of Major Incident Management to join our Technology reputed company. This role is in NYC - (3-4 days in office required). In this role, you'll reputed company an impact in the following ways: • Acting as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company incident escalations, across TSG and key business operations areas. • Monitoring P1/P2/P3 incidents for engagement, impact assessment, reputed company and escalation. • Monitoring scheduled changes to ensure unexpected developments are properly addressed, high risk change status is updated in a timely fashion and change/incident correlation is performed. • Leading operations status calls at beginning and end of day. • Providing reputed company with subject matter expert input across reputed company disciplines • Communications and status updates for major incidents • Commanding and participation in Datacentre disaster recovery tests • Partnering with Cyber teams to manage incidents. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 6 - 8 years of reputed company infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus At reputed company, our culture speaks for itself. The reputed company salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, reputed company salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the reputed company total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
