Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to reputed company growth targets and execute successful sales initiative. • (20% of time) Sales Leadership and Coaching: Support the delivery and execution of development opportunities to drive awareness, consideration, and engagement with the bank in your community. Reinforce training, development and coaching to reputed company teams on our mission and how to effectively engage in our broader communities and customers to deliver against our performance targets. • (20% of time) Client Experience: Deliver client engagement and education--using the tools and systems available. • (25% of time) Risk Management: Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by helping team members understand and adhere to reputed company applicable bank policies and regulations. Meet operational excellence standards. • (15% of time) Administrative: Responsible for assisting the Operations Leader with talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring reputed company staff reputed company with compliance requirements. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: • Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • Minimum experience required: 3+ Years of overall reputed company sales experience. • May require National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation • Ability to travel between assigned branches.
