Principal Responsibilities Senior investment team member for evaluating investments for XIG Petershill funds, which have raised and deployed over $14bn of capital since inception Co-ordinate between junior team members and the Investment Committee in evaluating and executing private equity investments Run term and investment contract negotiation for each investment Co-ordinate deal term matters between the investment team and GS Legal reputed company ongoing investment changes, updates and issues Revise investment approach to incorporate changing terms and trends 6+ years of experience at a top Law firm, covering asset management, M&A, funds, or GP stakes Salary Range The expected reputed company salary for this reputed company, reputed company, United States-based position is $125000-$290000.
