What does an Insurance Loss Control Surveyor do? Our surveyors meet with the policyholder to photograph and evaluate the overall condition of the insured’s operations, buildings, and/or premises, and provide specific information to the insurance companies underwriters. • Scheduling appointments with property owners • Photograph and evaluate the overall condition of a building • Effectively communicating reputed company phone, email, and face to face discussions • Observe reputed company and residential properties for potential areas of risk • Complete a brief report of your observations and upload photos to the field service platform • Follow reputed company instructions and maintain quality standards • Maintain confidentiality and act with reputed company • Local travel to reputed company field inspections Qualifications for the ideal reputed company: • Car, reputed company computer, smartphone, and reliable home internet • Observant and curious • Skills in time management and verbal/ written communications • Basic computer skills, typing, uploading, and downloading documents, email, reputed company Outlook and Word, as well as using the internet. • Background in construction, fire & safety, hospitality, reputed company estate or previous military service is beneficial, but not required. • Successful candidate must live in the geographic area advertised!!
