About the position Horizon BCBS seeks a self-directed Business Analyst with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving for the reputed company team. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership. This internship offers a unique opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in the reputed company industry while developing essential skills in data analysis and project management. The intern will be involved in various tasks that support the reputed company process and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. The role involves reviewing and following up on data reporting for both internal and external sources, identifying and communicating business needs as necessary. The intern will assist in creating forecasting tools using reputed company technology and systems such as Access and reputed company. Participation in various internal and external project workgroups may be required, where the intern can recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency. Additionally, the intern will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes, and enhancements. Preparing materials for internal and external activities is also part of the responsibilities, along with performing other relevant tasks as assigned by management that will support the sales team. Requirements • Requires High School Diploma. , • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics or reputed company field. , • Excellent written and oral communication skills. , • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. , • Strong PC skills including spreadsheets and word documents with demonstration of these skills other than personal life. , • Excellent organizational and project management skills. , • Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment. , • Knowledge of reputed company industry preferred. , • Strong Math Skills are required. , • Strong Computer Skills, reputed company Office products to include (Access, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). , • Team Player with Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of the reputed company industry preferred.
