As a Member Service Associate/Teller, you connect with our members to build trusted relationships and help direct them to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you are counted on to assist members with their everyday banking transactions and needs, such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals. You must be able to think creatively to find solutions and solve problems for our members. After six months, you'll know you were successful if: You've mastered basic transactions. You use your knowledge base to match products and services to member needs. You ask appropriate questions to assist members with transactions and protect against fraud. Requirements
A qualified Member Service Associate/Teller candidate will have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent, and six to twelve months of cash handling and customer service experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have sales or referral experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
