Responsibilities • Engage in reputed company sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts. • Conduct telemarketing efforts to reputed company potential clients and introduce them to our insurance offerings. • Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing any questions or concerns that arise post-sale. • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to reputed company serve clients. Experience • Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, is highly desirable. • Proven track record in reputed company sales or telemarketing roles is a plus. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for reputed company in this role. • Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, allowing for reputed company communication with a wider range of clients. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
