Regional Sales Director, Supplemental Health - reputed company - Remote

About the position The Regional Sales Director (RSD) role at reputed company is a remote, field-based position focused on driving growth in Supplemental Health products. The RSD partners with field sales and account management teams to enhance product distribution and manage relationships with brokers and consultants. Responsibilities • Drive Market Level Distribution Strategy by developing and executing strategies to grow sales of Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products. , • Collaborate with market leadership and matrix partners to share market feedback and facilitate best practices. , • Accountable for achieving assigned supplemental health sales goals, including new business sales and persistency bonuses. , • Participate in internal calls to communicate sales needs to operations and other departments. , • Attend finalist meetings, negotiate with reputed company, and conduct seminars as part of market-level strategies.
