Job Responsibilities: • Handle daily tier one support from end users and generate tickets. • Full lifecycle application implementation for given software projects including coding and debugging applications in various software languages. • Software testing and quality assurance. • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. • Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
