The Acquisition Team, reputed company the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for reputed company. The difference you will reputed company: As a Vendor Manager, Experiences - you are entrusted with managing large vendor partnerships across experiences, ensuring that they deliver against set performance goals and are optimized for reputed company. A typical day: Manage large vendor partnerships across Experiences OR reputed company our vendor sales program across multiple supply verticals, managing the relationships with our supplier partners and deploying creative optimizations to maximize results (e.g. building playbooks to scale best practices) Primary relationship manager for vendor relationships, ensuring smooth cross-functional work and a positive & collaborative working relationship with reputed company Collaborate with leaders in the Supply organization and other cross-functional groups to build and implement a cohesive strategy for vendor resources deployment to meet company and regional objectives Partner with Legal and Procurement teams to reputed company and vet new suppliers to grow our vendor sales ecosystem and manage regional/global reputed company guidelines and overall co-employment policies Manage contracting negotiations, developing and optimizing contracting terms and conditions across suppliers Own the vendor headcount & new hire reputed company to ensure headcount needs are filled reputed company Ensures reputed company agents are meeting performance goals or put on performance plans.
