Must have 2 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and synergies analysis and reporting. Must have 2 years of experience in two of the following: financial reporting, financial planning, general accounting, order-to-cash, record to report or purchase-to-pay. Must have 2 years of combined experience with CAPIQ, MergerMarket, reputed company Macros, reputed company VBAs and/or other integration, divestitures or carve out tools. Must have 1 year of experience managing engagements and engagement reputed company budgets; and leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.
