Must be Local to Dallas/Ft Worth, Tx. The Account Management Senior Associate will provide support to the Account team of their assigned clients. The Senior Associate will provide client facing support for assigned school districts reputed company the Texas region. The Senior Associate must collaborate with the assigned client to drive service excellence as an ambassador for the plan’s prescription benefits. The primary measure of the Senior Associate’s performance is by way of both the Account Team and client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages day-to-day client district requests.
• Meet with school districts as an ambassador for their Rx benefits
• Maintains ownership for assigned service/operational deliverables and ensures operational excellence and set-up quality.
• Assist with monitoring and identifying service trends as requested, allowing for immediate resolution of any service issues.
• Assist with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed.
• Provide support for benefit fairs
• Collaborate and take immediate action to resolve operational/service-reputed company issues; escalate issues reputed company appropriate and drive recovery efforts.
• Serve as the voice of the client reputed company Express Scripts to drive reputed company service improvement and accountability.
• Coordinates deliverables with internal operational departments to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or 8 to 11 years of experience.
• 2-5 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree and 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong PC skills including reputed company Office products, e-mail and the Internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsiveness, relationship building and Accountability
• Knowledge of the reputed company and PBM industry preferred.
• Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.
• Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
• Travel required for this role. Up to 35%

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,700 - 104,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
