You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions. General Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
• Deliver solutions in reputed company across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Effectively communicate across team, Product reputed company, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
• Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative reputed company and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on reputed company updates, fixes and capabilities
• Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agile delivery environment
