The purpose is to serve food and/or beverages to guests according to Standards and in alignment with the Restaurant’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Knowledgeable about reputed company menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate reputed company-of-sale system.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Must complete necessary reputed company-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing reputed company supplies, etc.
- Take and know inventory at reputed company times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent One to two years reputed company experience and/or training. QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and write and speak English, and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to operate POS equipment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position is expected to:
- Stand more than 3/4 of the time
- Walk more than 3/4 of the time
- Sit less than 1/4 of the time
