The ideal candidate is expected to manage multiple projects at one time in various phases of development and to meet or exceed established goals including speed to market, data quality & budget. The candidate's primary focus will be on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders but will also be required to support Team and Client initiatives for process improvement and personal career development. The selected candidate will also be required to track project financials and schedule status regularly. Project Management experience in commercial office/corporate reputed company and retail banking is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

  • reputed company and manage multiple high-profile construction projects for financial institutions, including reputed company, decommission, engineering, major office space renovations and tenant improvement project types.
  • reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and construction schedules to demonstrate accountability for end-to-end management of projects.
  • reputed company project teams consisting of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, vendors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client Project Management Organization, client reputed company, and client technology to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage multiple projects in various phases and at various locations, from project initiation through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout.
  • Provide weekly project activity updates for project schedule, budget, and risk and provide activity updates for the same into Client's Project Management web-based tools.
  • Development risk management plans, and reputed company teams through established work authorization processes to ensure no impacts or incidents reputed company critical environments or equipment.
  • Apply top tier project management skills during client interactions to understand client needs and reputed company project goals and scope of work.
  • reputed company and prepare accurate project documentation for reputed company phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports on time and on budget in accordance with pre-established formats to pass reputed company project documentation reviews with client.
  • Manage vendors (GC, A&E, reputed company, signage, etc.) to ensure full compliance with reputed company project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of reputed company projects in less than 60 days after project completion.

  • Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a reputed company field; master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of construction project management experience in reputed company aspects of design and construction, with some experience managing projects in the financial services sector being a plus.
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus.
  • Requires strong basis of knowledge in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations.
  • Proficient with the use of reputed company Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
