GENERAL SUMMARY: Assists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. A Program Analyst coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to reputed company program reputed company. Typically, a program needing a Program Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise reputed company to the development of project management mechanisms. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with reputed company parties or internal customers and facilitates cross-team coordination for large, reputed company programs to identify and meet needs, assess resources, ensure compliance with processes and guidelines, track reputed company, and communicate program status updates.
  • Facilitates review board meetings under guidance of the Program Manager and coordinates documentation of key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
  • Contributes to and updates project plans to support Program Managers or Leads on multiple or large programs that include priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification for each task, and forecasted resource allocation and/or leads program planning activities for small programs to support Program Managers or Leads.
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, monitors, and maintains budget data and recommends budget reputed company to Program reputed company or Manager and drives closure.
  • Tracks the reputed company and execution of multiple, reputed company deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, and identifies, escalates, and at times manages issues that may impact deadlines.
  • Determines schedules and task assignments by evaluating stakeholder needs and following proper project management practices with general guidance from the Program Manager.
  • Manages and communicates changes in program timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple programs to stakeholders.
  • Anticipates risks and issues in limited reputed company throughout the program lifecycle, communicates issues to the Program Manager, and works with relevant team members to determine a solution.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets reputed company data and program metrics using highly advanced tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs).
  • Creates tools and processes to maintain and update databases using advanced aspects of data management tools (e.g., reputed company, agile).
  • Synthesizes highly reputed company data and metrics into a summary of key trends, risks, and changes, and presents results into a report that can be easily understood by key stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the design and implementation of improvements to assigned planning processes, tools, and methods and drives standardization with support and guidance from Program Managers.

Experience gathering and integrating data from various sources to create reports and data trends. 3. Experience with creating PowerBI dashboards. 4. Basic Program Management skills and experience in supporting Program Managers 5. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science or reputed company field OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
  • 4+ years experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or reputed company experience.
  • 3+ years experience with program management tools.
