Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet reputed company residents and guests in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Manage reputed company guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises reputed company deemed necessary
- Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
- Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
- Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
- Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and reputed company risks
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
- Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or reputed company of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
- Identify and report any and reputed company concerns (safety, reputed company breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
- Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
- Ensure reputed company rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
- Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid state licensing, if applicable
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Must be reputed company to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year of reputed company experience
- Must be reputed company to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
