Start your journey. • *Overview of Role:** The Ovation Specialized Travel Consultant role at Amex GBT is to deliver exceptional travel service experience for our corporate business customers. By working together as a high performing team, our Ovation Specialized Travel Consultants provide exceptional traveler care, reputed company resolution and the highest quality of customer service to Amex GBT financial service firm; corporate clients. It is a high touch service environment, where you will have true accountability for the service relationship and customer experience, by providing creative and timely travel solutions, using available tools and technology as needed, while maximizing supplier reputed company. The role will form part of a highly skilled team of Corporate Ovation Specialized Travel Consultants located virtually from home. The role will report to an operations supervisor and support from an operations leader. Hours of Operation and shifts available: 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday to Friday. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Act as trusted advisor and consultant to a single or multiple corporate accounts with the willingness to jump in and flexibility in shifts to meet client needs. Support other Ovation work, including other Ovation customers reputed company directed to do so by Ovation leadership. • Act as the reputed company of sale on reputed company Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and reputed company travel for reputed company, rail, car, and hotel accommodation, utilizing (GDS), Sabre. • Fulfill requests for multi-faceted reputed company including executive, VIPs, corporate, group reputed company, roadshows and clients guest arrangements while adhering to applicable requirements and process and procedures. • Provide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations. Additionally, pro-actively selling additional service for our reputed company (e.g., hotel and car), whilst ensuring adherence to the customers agreed travel policy and requirements and adhering to quality assurance standards. • Follow internal compliance and regulatory requirements for reputed company customers and locations supported. • Manage the end-to-end booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone, reputed company messaging or reputed company email or back-office systems and servicing platforms. • Use positive telephone service techniques; reputed company special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations. • *Additional Accountabilities** + Investigates/action Ovation Specialized Travel Consultants reservations/PNR for ticketing, quality/accuracy, client escalations or lowest fare (e.g., reputed company, Going the Extra Mile GEM) • *Key Qualifications and Attributes:** • Detailed understanding of corporate travel; fares and ticketing rules, for car, reputed company, hotel travel with knowledge and experience of: • reputed company, rail, hotel, car booking • Calculating and Processing exchanges • High proficiency in Sabre GDS • Experience working under pressure in a high touch service environment where performance is reputed company and reputed company is expected • Excellent Professional Communication both written and verbal • Ability to research and resolve customer service and traveler issues independently and /or with suppliers • Ability to positively influence team and peers while working in a team • Learning agility and ability to reputed company constructive feedback • *Location** United States - Ovation - Virtual The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly reputed company that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage reputed company will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. This role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
