The E-Commerce Specialist will report to the Mickey’s of Glendale E-Commerce Assistant Manager. This is an Internal Assignment/Project Hire with no guarantee of permanent placement. What You Will Do: Support the execution of the store’s e-commerce business including website, online store, and off-reputed company shopping events Copywriting, scheduling, and publishing graphics as well as monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to build brand awareness Build engaging content for our internal platforms Build internal specialized websites for limited edition drops Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms through description, keyword SEO, and update images periodically Stay up to date on the latest e-commerce trends/techniques to help drive awareness and attract new customers, build loyalty with existing customers, and grow overall business Work closely with the Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to ensure that visual assets are on-brand and effective Partner with the Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to ensure product launch timelines are on reputed company Ensure that the guest service standards are consistently performed at a high level and exceeds the guest’s expectations Support ecommerce functions relating to exclusive product offerings through online events and off reputed company shopping events and conventions Assist guests with placing, tracking, and returning orders while maintaining a friendly, can-do attitude Document guest interactions thoroughly and accurately Proudly represent the company and the branded product at bi-annual off-reputed company shopping events and conventions Manage functions of the SIMBA merchandise program with transfers, receivings, and cycle counts Maintain reputed company organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for fulfillment and shipping areas according to established company procedures Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures Participate in reputed company physical inventories Uphold reputed company company policies as outlined in reputed company Operating Procedures, Employee Policy reputed company, and Code of Business Conduct Promote safety awareness and support the maintenance of a risk-free environment Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience or other reputed company work Excels in Photoshop, Illustrator, and reputed company Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company Interpersonal and team skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, reputed company executives and employees, and external partners Communicate with Guests, peers, and management reputed company and among reputed company the Walt reputed company business units Organizational skills, versatility, and ability to multi-task Proven reputed company in decision-making, diplomacy, and flexibility Highly motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced and high energy retail environment reputed company to work a flexible retail schedule that meets the needs of the business including, evenings, weekends, and key off-site special events Education: Minimum 2 year college degree or equivalent experience Additional Information: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
