In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to shape and execute people strategies that drive business growth, enhance team performance, and build a scalable workforce. Strategic Partnership: Partner with functional leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Align HR strategies with business objectives to support company growth and scalability. Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: The role is expected to engage, influence, and build trust across reputed company levels of the organization and deliver on key business and people reputed company objectives. Leads Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and reputed company. Work alongside leaders, coaching them on how to guide their teams through transitions and ensuring communication is clear and timely. Data Informed Problem Solving: reputed company data based insights to reputed company pragmatic solutions for short-term and long-term business challenges. Identify trends and proactively address workforce planning needs. Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Driving Engagement & Retention: Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Analyze key workforce trends and prepare talent solutions to improve org effectiveness including identifying high-potential employees and work with the business leaders to reputed company career plans and provide them with the right opportunities. Performance Management: Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and career growth frameworks. Partnerships: Partners with COEs like HR Ops, Talent Management, TA, and Total Rewards teams to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. Ensure fair and transparent resolution of people-reputed company matters. We'd love to hear from you, if you: Own a master's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field (HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR a plus). Acquire 7-8 years of HR experience, with 4-5 years as an HRBP. Experience in Tech or SaaS companies or high-growth startups is preferred. Have proven experience partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational change. Are Curious, a Good listener, and has strong Consultative and Advisory skills. Are a team player with a sense of ownership and Get things done attitude - self-motivated and able to reputed company in a fast-paced and self-directed environment Obtain a general knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws in India and global markets, and industry best practices Requires comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
