We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join our leadership team as the Vice President of Data Analytics. This role will report directly to the CFO and will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The VP of Data Analytics will reputed company the development and implementation of analytics strategies that enhance operational efficiency, facilitate cross functional insights and optimize customer experiences.

USA-reputed company only: The Annual reputed company salary for this role is between $272,000 USD and $368,000 USD, plus immediate participation in reputed company's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-reputed company only: The Annual reputed company salary for this role is between $246,500 CAD and $333,500 CAD, plus immediate participation in reputed company’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At reputed company, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific reputed company set.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to, annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
